Even in the 21st century, gender discrimination continues to rob millions of girls of their fundamental rights — the right to education, healthcare, and the freedom to dream.

In a world where beliefs like “Educating girls spoils them” still exist, brave girls like Amita rise, tearing down barriers, challenging inequality, and leading change.

But their courage doesn’t come from nowhere — It’s rooted in the revolutionary legacy of Mahatma Jotirao Phule and Savitribai Phule —pioneers who lit the torch of education and dignity for the most oppressed, even when the world stood against them.

✨ At Work For Equality, we proudly carry this torch forward —

by nurturing a generation of confident, conscious, and courageous girl leaders who transform not just their lives, but entire communities.

🕊️ This is more than a birth anniversary.

This is our renewed promise to the vision of Mahatma Phule —

A society where every girl survives, thrives, learns, leads, and lives with dignity.
