"Bachpan ki Aastha" - the holistic development program for street children has been inaugurated on 18th March 2018 at Pune. On the occasion of International Women's Day, "Work for Equality" Organization is been felicitated by Talegaon Dabhade - Nagarparishad Department of Women and Child Welfare for the devotion of holistic development of marginalized children. The award was been given by honorable Chairperson Mrs. Sandhytai Bhegade and corporator Prachi tai Hendare.

Work for Equality is working for the holistic development of street girls who were far away from education, through providing them safe shelter, educational, nutritional and medical support along with Art, Craft, Yoga, Music, gymnastic and weekly outing.
