Chuppi todo Abhiyan – break the silence - is a campaign initiated by Work for Equality to fights against Violence on Girls. Objective is to create supportive and safe environment for the Girls in the society and increase sensitivity among society about their  issues. For spreading awareness in society we are conducting sensitization workshops with schools and college students, teachers & parents. Approximately 14 schools/ colleges and 2750 students are beneficiaries of the program, for community sensitization we are doing rallies, poster exhibition, and awareness through electronic media etc.…

Work for Equality is also doing active role in some of the reputed companies and organization to provide them guidance on “Grievance committee” And building capacity of the employees to understand gender equality and women empowerment to stop sexual abuse/violence on women and children.
